There is no retail programme here. Each edition is made in one number and leaves this house on the first of the month. A small part of it — twenty pieces, sometimes fewer — is set aside for a few rooms that will put it under glass and leave it there.
A counter is somewhere to look, not somewhere to reserve.
A room’s allocation closes the same morning the edition does. What stays on the shelf afterwards is the piece itself, kept as a record of the month — so that the shade, the weight of the case and the way it sits on skin can be judged the only way that is honest, which is in person.
The rooms below are chosen slowly and there are not many of them. We would rather be in eight places properly than in four hundred badly.

The list above is the whole list. We supply those eight counters and nobody else — no marketplaces, no resellers, no site that is not this one. A piece offered anywhere other than here or a room on this page did not leave this house, and we cannot stand behind what is in it.
Every edition opens in one place, at midnight on the first, and the list is told the morning of. That is the only way in, and it always has been.
